# Plans and pricing

BackTalk has three flat plans, and **every source is in all of them**. There are no mention meters and no prompt meters: you bring your own keys, so there is no usage for us to meter or mark up. What changes between plans is mostly scope and speed.

## The dials

What moves between plans:

- **Keyword scope**: how many keywords you can track (unlimited on Pro and Business), and how many variants each may carry.
- **Seats**: a single seat, or an unlimited team on Business (see [Managing members](/docs/members)).
- **Freshness**: how often the workspace auto-syncs and probes, and how many manual runs you get a day.
- **AI visibility depth**: how many topics are probed and how often, with full answer transcripts on Pro and Business. Business also adds priority support.

## The plans

## Free trial and changing plan

You manage your subscription from the account menu under **Billing**, which the workspace **owner** handles. If the trial lapses or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace drops to **read-only**: your existing signals stay visible, but adding keywords, syncing and other changes pause until you subscribe again.

## Annual billing and invoices

Self-serve plans bill monthly by card. If your company needs annual billing, an invoice and a
purchase order instead, [request a demo](/enterprise) and mention it: we send you an invoice,
upgrade your workspace when it is paid, and invoice again at renewal. Handled personally rather
than through checkout, so procurement requirements (billing entity, PO numbers) are no problem.
