Plans and pricing
BackTalk has three flat plans, and every source is in all of them. There are no mention meters and no prompt meters: you bring your own keys, so there is no usage for us to meter or mark up. What changes between plans is mostly scope and speed.
The dials
What moves between plans:
- Keyword scope: how many keywords you can track (unlimited on Pro and Business), and how many variants each may carry.
- Seats: a single seat, or an unlimited team on Business (see Managing members).
- Freshness: how often the workspace auto-syncs and probes, and how many manual runs you get a day.
- AI visibility depth: how many topics are probed and how often, with full answer transcripts on Pro and Business. Business also adds priority support.

Free trial and changing plan
You manage your subscription from the account menu under Billing, which the workspace owner handles. If the trial lapses or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace drops to read-only: your existing signals stay visible, but adding keywords, syncing and other changes pause until you subscribe again.
